In 2021 our leadership duo, Mike & Bradley, who have a love for beer, quality food, and unmatched hospitality decided to share their love of all things craft. Crust was built on a dream to focus on just that, while bringing a relaxing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. After years in the business our goals are still the same as day one.
To perfect the following five categories:

That, our friends, is how we came up with the name CRUST.

Crust Brewing proudly stands as Rosemont's premier and sole brewpub, offering an unrivaled experience. Spanning an impressive 14,000 square feet, our establishment captivates patrons with its soaring 30+ feet high ceilings, tastefully exposed brick walls, and contemporary finishes. One of our most cherished features lies in the visibility of our brewing equipment and pizza ovens, providing a captivating spectacle from the dining room. At Crust Brewing, we specialize in Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. Notably, our very own Dough Roller Lager serves as a defining ingredient, infusing each bite with a unique and delightful twist.

Scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, Crust Tap Room is an exciting new addition to the Crust family. Nestled within the charming Irving Park Neighborhood, this establishment aims to captivate the locals with its exquisite offerings. With our draft lineup carefully brewed at Crust Brewing in Rosemont, Crust Tap Room also takes pride in its focus on perfecting the Chicago Tavern Style Pizza.
